Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email right away. This means we’ve received your order and pre-authorized your payment. We then verify that your item is in stock and ready to ship.
If your item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we’ll void the pre-authorization and contact you directly to discuss alternative options.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process the payment and begin preparing your order for dispatch.
Order Shipment
For in-stock items, orders ship within one to two weeks of purchase. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse.
If you haven’t received your confirmation within four business days, please reach out to us at general@summitspaessentials.ca and we’ll be happy to assist.
International Orders
Our products are designed and certified for the Canadian market and operate on a 120V electrical system. While they may not meet all international electrical standards, we’re happy to accommodate international customers wherever possible.
Because product sizes vary, we’ll provide a custom shipping quote for all international orders. Once you approve the quote, we’ll prepare your order and process payment securely through our online gateway.
Damages
We take great care in ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition. Please inspect your packaging upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, note it with the delivery driver or refuse the shipment.
If you accept delivery and later discover damage, please take photos immediately of the packaging and product, and email them to general@summitspaessentials.ca. You can then visit our Returns page to submit your claim.
