Returns Policy
At Summit Spa Essentials, we fully stand by every product we sell. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or find that a product isn’t exactly what you were hoping for.
That’s why we offer a 30-Day Return Policy.
If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order, please email us at general@summitspaessentials.ca with your order number. Our team will provide detailed instructions to make the return process simple and straightforward.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return has been received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been processed.
Condition for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in “Like New” condition, including all original packaging and accessories. “Like New” means that the item must not show any visual signs of use. Items returned with signs of wear or damage caused by use will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued.
Damages
If your product arrives damaged, please make note of it immediately when signing for delivery and email photos to general@summitspaessentials.ca on the day of delivery. Summit Spa Essentials will cover shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise. Please retain all original packaging for any items that need to be returned. Returns must be authorized by our customer service team prior to processing.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact our customer service team immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and be subject to return shipping costs.
