Where It Started

My journey into wellness didn’t begin with business. It began with recovery.

As a teenager, I tore a tendon in my shoulder just as I was starting to take training and fitness seriously. Years of physiotherapy helped, but what truly changed things was learning how to rebuild strength slowly, intentionally, and consistently.

Strengthening the surrounding muscles.
Spending time in the sauna.
Using cold water to reduce inflammation.
Recovering properly instead of pushing through pain.

That experience reshaped how I view health.

If you don’t have your health, nothing else really matters.

And I remember thinking:
Why is it easier to build a home theatre than it is to build a home recovery space?
